HPLC指纹图谱相似度研究

将HPLC指纹图谱看作多维空间内的向量,利用向量夹角余弦的基本公式计算两个指纹图谱间的相似度。用7个不同品种的金银花提取物的HPLC指纹图谱对计算方法进行了检验,结果表明相似度能较好地定量评价指纹图谱间的相似性,可应用于中药质量控制。     

双环笼状四配位硅的合成及其结构表征

研究了以SiO₂为原料低温合成高反应活性的五配位硅酸酯, 并与1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]-4-氯甲基辛烷反应合成出具有对称结构的双环笼状四配位硅, 通过红外光谱、¹³C和²⁹Si固体核磁共振、质谱等测试手段确定了其结构. 热分析结果表明, 双环笼状四配位硅在700 ℃的失重仅为19.98%, 且炭层呈密实片层状, 说明目标产物具有优异的热稳定性和成炭性质.     

双环笼状取代倍半硅氧烷的合成与表征

以双环笼状含磷四配位硅为前驱体, 四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂反应得到具有高度对称结构的双环笼状磷酸酯取代倍半硅氧烷, 通过红外光谱, ²⁹Si固体核磁共振谱, 质谱和X衍射光谱等手段确定了产物的结构和晶型. 热分析结果表明, 添加5%集磷硅为一体的倍半硅氧烷, 能使环氧树脂的分解温度提高45 ℃, 700 ℃时成炭量达到12.2%.     

Magnetically separable template assisted iron nanoparticle for the enhancement of latent fingerprints

The article focuses on the cost-effective and high-quality non-destructive template-assisted magnetic mesoporous iron nanomaterial for latent Fingerprint examination (LFPs). The iron nanomaterial is synthesized using the CTAB template by the co-precipitation method. The synthesized nanomaterial is characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N₂ sorption- Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), EDX elemental mapping, Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), UV–Visible spectroscopy, and XPS. The N2 sorption showed that the synthesized material is mesoporous with an H1 hysteresis loop. The TEM images showed the spherical shape and particle size to be around 55–65 nm. The VSM analysis successfully established its ferromagnetic nature. The synthesized nanomaterial showed excellent magnetic recovery after its utilization and retained fingerprints for 2–3 months with the same resolution. We collected the fingerprint on both non-porous and non-porous surfaces with better-developed ridges of fingerprints compared to conventional fingerprinting dyes (charcoal).     

1-氧代-1-磷杂-2, 6, 7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]-4-含硫取代基辛烷 的合成

本文利用中间体1-氧代-1-磷杂2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]-4-羟甲基辛烷(1)和1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]-4-氯甲酰基辛烷(3)分别与RSH或取代硫醇按步骤反应得到了相应的4-亚甲基硫醚(5a～f)、4-亚甲基亚砜(6a～f)、4-(氯代乙硫基)甲酰基(7)及4-(β-烷硫基)-α-硫代酯基(8a～i)的双环笼状磷酸酯新衍生物共22个。所有的化合物经元素分析、IR和^1HNMR得到了证实。

应用高效液相色谱法和化学计量学研究藿香正气水指纹图谱

采用高效液相色谱获得藿香正气水的色谱指纹图谱,利用基于主成分分析的投影判别法和聚类分析法分析实验结果.结果表明,不同厂家生产的藿香正气水存在显著差异,且主成分分析投影判别法和聚类分析法均能对样品进行正确分类,从而建立了识别不同厂家藿香正气水的方法,能有效地控制中药藿香正气水的质量.     

Oxidative Cyclization of Unsaturated Ketene Dithioacetals with Ceric Ammonium Nitrate to Form Bicyclic Lactones

Ceric ammonium nitrate oxidizes unsaturated ketene dithioacetals in wet MeCN to give cation radicals that cyclize to trisubstituted double bonds and styrenes by cation-like cyclizations leading to cyclic cation radicals that are transformed by further oxidation, hydrolysis and cyclization to bicyclic lactones in moderate to good yield.     

A formal synthesis of (+)-didemniserinolipid B employing a Pd-mediated 6-endo selective alkynediol cycloisomerization

Herein, we describe a concise assembly of central 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3,2,1]octane core of didemniserinolipid by employing a Pd-mediated alkynediol cycloisomerization and a formal total synthesis of didemniserinolipid B.
